The Man Panel — check it out

I'm flattered and delighted to say that I'll be on the Man Panel this Friday (24th). It's the latest in the series organized by Laura Warrell, who also has a superb blog at Tart and Soul www.tartandsoul.com. There's been a lot of buzz around it by The Phoenix, The Globe, Improper Bostonian, and The Herald, so if you're a single woman who's wondering about what it is that isn't going right in your dating life, head on over at 7pm to 566 Columbus Ave. I can't guarantee to solve all your difficulties, but the panels are always informative, and deeply insightful. They will give you guidance, and strengthen your resolve to find what you want. My take will be simple: how can anyone find the person they want if they don't have a clear idea of what that person is going to be? Sure, we all have ideas, but mostly those ideas just aren't clear, so we end up missing the lightning and opting for the lightning bug. That's where the Archetypes come in. If we know which Archetype we're living, it helps us to know who we are now and what we want to become in the future. That's important, because relationships are about the future. They grow or they die. Nothing in life stays the same for long. So we can either face that or wind up making the same mistakes over an over again. Now, perhaps you're reading this and saying 'why join a group of people whose lives are not working?' And that would be to miss the point. The people who will come to the Man Panel will be those who will be looking for something better than what they've seen so far in the world. These are the people who want more than the stereotypical 'relationship'. They won't settle for second best. These will be quality people who are on the look out for quality. Now that's a group you probably should be in.Category: Uncategorized
